1. Merchant must subscribe to a HughesNet Business Internet service plan (BI-100, BI-200, BI-300, BI-400, BI-500, BI-600, or BI-700) to qualify. Offer applies only to new activations purchased coincident with Chase Paymentech merchant services. Activation of HughesNet service and subscription to Chase Paymentech merchant services must occur within 60 days of each other to qualify. Chase Paymentech is solely responsible for verifying end-customer qualifi cation for offer, and for paying any service credits associated with offer.
2. HughesNet Business Internet with Merchant Services requires the merchant to purchase a certifi ed POS device from Chase Paymentech.
